AI changes quickly.
Accountability does not disappear.

The strategic question is no longer whether enterprises will use AI. They already do. The question is how organizations maintain visibility, governance and human accountability as AI becomes more distributed and increasingly capable.

The following questions address the practical enterprise requirements behind SoSure: what the platform does, how it operates, how organizations can adopt it and where governance responsibility remains.

Q01

Why does enterprise AI need a control plane?

Enterprise AI is expanding across models, applications, agents, providers and infrastructure. Traditional IT governance remains essential, but it does not automatically provide a unified view of AI usage, ownership, policies and operational dependencies across those environments.

AI infrastructure requires a governance control layer.

Q02

What problem does SoSure actually solve?

Enterprises increasingly operate AI across fragmented technical and organizational environments. This creates gaps between what is being used, who is accountable, which governance requirements apply and what leadership can verify. SoSure connects AI visibility with governance context, evidence and operational oversight.

The starting problem is visibility. The strategic requirement is control.

Q03

How is SoSure different from existing governance and security tools?

SoSure is positioned as an independent enterprise AI governance control plane, not as a replacement for cybersecurity, identity management, compliance systems or AI providers. It is designed to complement those capabilities by establishing a governance perspective across the enterprise AI environment rather than remaining inside one provider ecosystem.

Independent governance across heterogeneous enterprise AI.

Q04

How does SoSure discover enterprise AI?

Discovery establishes the visibility required to identify and describe relevant AI systems, applications, models and their organizational context. The technical scope depends on the customer's environment, available information sources and deployment configuration. Specific discovery mechanisms and coverage are established during technical scoping.

Discovery coverage must be demonstrated against the actual enterprise environment.

Q05

What can an executive actually see and control?

SoSure provides role-based Business and Technical Dashboards. The business perspective supports governance visibility, accountability and executive reporting. The technical perspective supports operational understanding and governance oversight. Together, they help connect enterprise AI activity to the people, requirements and decisions responsible for governing it.

Technical visibility becomes an executive governance perspective.

Q06

Is SoSure production-ready?

Yes. SoSure is a developed, production-ready enterprise AI governance platform available for commercial deployment. It is built on established open-source technologies and includes role-based Business and Technical Dashboards. Continued development and platform extensions are part of its product lifecycle, not prerequisites for deployment.

SoSure is built and ready for enterprise deployment.

Q07

How is SoSure deployed and integrated?

SoSure supports deployment within customer-controlled infrastructure, including on-premises and private cloud environments, using Podman or Docker. Its modular architecture allows deployment and integration requirements to be assessed against the customer's technical and security environment. Specific integrations, dependencies and operating responsibilities are defined during implementation planning.

The enterprise retains control of its deployment environment.

Q08

Does SoSure enforce policies or only report on them?

SoSure connects governance policies, organizational responsibility and operational oversight within an enterprise control-plane approach. The distinction between policy documentation, monitoring and technical enforcement matters. Actual enforcement capabilities depend on the supported controls, integrations and deployment configuration and must be validated for the relevant use case.

Governance visibility, policy oversight and enforcement are distinct capabilities.

Q09

How does an enterprise get started?

Customers can engage through an optional Technical Project, an Executive AI Governance Assessment or a directly scoped Enterprise Deployment. A Technical Project demonstrates selected customer governance policies in practice. The Assessment establishes a structured baseline and Governance Blueprint. These are alternative entry points rather than mandatory sequential stages.

The engagement starts where the enterprise is ready.

Q10

Who owns the data and retains operational control?

SoSure is designed around enterprise-controlled deployment and institutional governance. Customers can operate the platform within their selected infrastructure environment rather than depending on a mandatory external hosting model. Data handling, access rights, retention and operational responsibilities must be specified in the customer's deployment and contractual arrangements.

Institutional control is an architectural and operational requirement.

Q11

What does SoSure cost?

The Executive AI Governance Assessment is typically structured as a two-to-four-week engagement, priced between €25,000 and €70,000 according to scope. Technical Projects are defined individually. Enterprise Deployment and subsequent Operational Expansion are commercially scoped according to the customer's environment, requirements and implementation responsibilities.

Assessment pricing is defined. Enterprise deployment is scoped.

Q12

Why focus on regulated and infrastructure-intensive enterprises?

These organizations operate within environments where resilience, accountability, evidence and operational oversight are especially important. AI adoption adds new dependencies and governance responsibilities to existing institutional obligations. SoSure's initial commercial focus is on enterprises where the need for a dedicated AI control layer is particularly clear.

Institutional governance requirements create a focused entry market.

Q13

What is the long-term competitive advantage?

Individual AI models, providers and architectures will continue to change. The enterprise requirement to understand, govern and oversee AI across those changes is more durable. SoSure is positioned around that persistent requirement, with a provider-agnostic architecture and an enterprise-focused governance model.

The technology will change. The need for control will remain.

Q14

What is SoSure's growth and capital strategy?

SoSure prioritizes organic commercial growth through enterprise relationships, assessments and deployments. External investment is not required to complete the platform. The company is selectively open to strategic capital of up to €3 million where investors contribute enterprise access, sector expertise, partnerships and the ability to accelerate Nordic market development.

Strategic capital may accelerate growth. It is not a dependency.

The Constant

AI may become
increasingly autonomous.

It may recommend, generate, decide and act across increasingly complex enterprise environments. The technical possibilities will continue to evolve, but organizational responsibility cannot simply be delegated to a model or agent.

Governance Principle

AI can act.
Humans remain accountable.

The Position

The technology will change.
The need for control will remain.

SoSure is built around that durable requirement: an independent governance control plane providing visibility, policy context and operational oversight across the enterprise AI environment.
